German-based Siemens and Chromalloy announced their joint venture in Tampa, FL.
Governor Rick Scott released Florida's Open Investment Policy Statement, establishing February 15 as International Investment Day and reaffirming his commitment to provide a welcoming business environment for international companies in the state. With more than 327,000 U.S. workers employed as a result of international investment in Florida, an increase of almost 41 percent in the past five years, Governor Scott's statement is a critical step in attracting and retaining global employers.
